Willow Creek Farm is available to host a number of different special events and corporate functions. Our event space offers free onsite WiFi, audio visual needs, and the ability to arrange the space in a way that fits for your unique needs. Below is an outline of our wedding rental fee structure. Monday through Saturday Weddings
Ceremony & Reception: $6,500.00
Reception Only: $6,000.00
Ceremony Only: $2,000.00
Ceremony & Reception: $5,000.00
Reception Only: $4,500.00
Ceremony Only: $1,500.00
To host your Rehearsal Dinner at the farm we require a $250 cleaning fee and guests must purchase all food and alcohol through our venue or our sister restaurants.
Wedding Amenities Include:
Tables and Chairs with Seating (includes tablecloths, chair covers available for an additional fee)
Harvest Tables Available for Guests (inquire directly about availability)
Covered Pergola for Wedding Ceremonies
Exclusive access to Willow Creek Farm Public Areas
Event Set-up and Tear Down (Includes tables, chairs, and cleanup. Wedding party is responsible for set up and tear down of their decorations)
Ample Guest Parking Including ADA Compliant Parking
Onsite Event Staff Throughout Your Celebration to Assist and Answer Questions. We do recommend guests hire a wedding planner or day-of event coordinator - please contact us directly for our farm coordinator’s availability.
